Welcome back to another Monday Morning Vibe Check. I’m Safrianna Lughna, the Queer-Spirit Guide, and today is an example of showing up imperfectly and doing the things we’ve set out to do—our goals, our dreams, our agreements. All of it, as you can see, a little messy today. Just existing here as my authentic self.
I am in the middle of flipping my Park House to sell, and it has just been a lot. My various chronic conditions have been very exacerbated, and I’m just doing my best to slow it down.
In fact, I am currently releasing a six-part blog series on Substack that is deep diving into all of the processing and energy and all of that that has been going into this. And yeah, it’s been a lot. So that blog series is now slightly disrupted as we move into our regular scheduled programming of Monday Morning Vibe Check.
So I’m just going to pull some cards here for the collective as I talk about the energy ahead. Yeah, one already came flying out. So we’re just going to set that aside and see who else comes out here so I can get the bigger picture.
But how are you doing, my friends? How was this past weekend for you? How was this full moon last week for you? I know for me, it has been a very clarifying time. I had a tarot reading with my friend Dr. Melissa Bird and that was just juicy. That was on fire.
It’s a great time to really be clearing out what no longer serves us as we move into this time of year, where we are given the opportunity for rebirth.
All right. So, the first card, and I’m pulling today from Angels and Ancestors—The first card is High Priest—Intend and Create. So the message here for us this week is that it’s a time to really put our time and attention into what we want to create, where our intentions lie. And this goes hand in hand with so many of the themes that I’ve been exploring, which is really putting our energy at the forefront so that we can give from overflow and really use the power of our intentions to do what is ours to do. And we are all inherently wonderful, creative beings. And we have the opportunity to create in our own authentic vision. And so that is what this is about. And the hawk, the bird that’s here, is really encouraging us to get a bird’s eye view, to fly above and see what’s possible for us to create when we get a little bit out of our own way and we get more of that overarching vision of where we’re moving.
So this week, the encouragement is to really sit with your intentions, especially around your creativity. The next card is Trust and Thrive, the Stag. And this one this week is really encouraging us to trust that inner vision. There’s a lot here that I’m feeling, I’m sensing about really tuning into what your vision is, what you’re calling in, and trusting in that vision, trusting it has been given to you for a reason, that you are here doing what you are meant to do. And the more you can trust that, the more that you can thrive.
And I’m just going to go ahead and show the next card because I do feel like these are all very much interconnected. The Sun—Enjoy Success and Happiness. Now, this is really interesting, at least here in the Northern Hemisphere. We’re in fall. The sun is kind of going away. We’re creeping towards the darker half of the year, the darker seasons. But the sun is here reminding us the sun is a constant. The sun rises and sets every single day. And every single day, there is an opportunity for us to enjoy our own happiness, to enjoy what’s here in front of us in life.
And so the Trust and Thrive is saying to trust the happiness that’s there so that you can thrive, to trust you’ve been given your vision for a reason, what you want to create and intend for. And enjoy that when you actually allow yourself to create in your own image, to be empowered by your own vision, when you’re driven by your soul, when you trust that you are who you are here to be and that you’re doing what you’re here to do, and you really allow your own soul-aligned, soul-defined success to lead the way, you will find happiness.
So wherever you’re resisting life right now, wherever you’re feeling like, that’s not for me, I can’t do that, it’ll never happen, no, I just need to give up on that—if you’ve been carrying a dream, a goal, a vision for a while, this is your message to keep going. Even if it feels challenging, even if you’re not sure what the heck you’re doing, this is the message to keep going, my friends.
So again, cards for the week: the High Priest—Intend and Create, the Stag—Trust and Thrive, and the Sun—Enjoy Success and Happiness. And you know, as I look at these cards, as I tune into the messages, like I said, I’m really feeling that pull of the drive of our own vision.
Before I head out today, my friends, I just want to give you a couple little updates about what’s going on in my world. Like I said, physically, I have just been going with getting this house ready to put on the market. And so I’ve got a lot of personal stuff going on right now. I’m participating in the Ultimate Blog Challenge, so I’m here every day this month or doing my best to be to continue to share my voice and stand in that challenge. That’s been fun. This is day 13 and I have succeeded so far in posting something every of the 13 days. I’ve got this blog series, five more blogs in this Moon of Purification series I’m doing, where I’m really deep diving some of the shadows I’m clearing right now and the energy and symbolism that’s there.
And then I am so excited. I can’t believe it’s right around the corner, but our 8 Days of Revolutionary Awakening is coming right up. This Wednesday, Dr. Melissa Bird and I will be live talking about that event. So if you have questions about that event, feel free to drop them in the comments, literally wherever, because I will see them. But I’m really, really excited for that. And we’ll be talking about all the things that are going on in that event. So you can go check out that live on Wednesday. I’ll be sure to put the link down below for all of your information.
And other than that, I’m just moving forward and wrapping up so many other little projects and getting ready to open some new projects. I’m planning to start writing my second novel in my novel series this November.
So, my friends, you have your messages. You can go forth. You can thrive. You can define your own success. You can step into your happiness. Remember to enjoy yourself and be happy. Allow yourself to be happy. That was a big thing that came through in the reading I got with Dr. Bird. She’s like, Safrianna, you’re meant to be joy. Why are you not being joy? I’m like, oh, yeah—because we humans love to get spun up in the stuff that we’re worried about, the mundanity of life and all of the paperwork and the red tape and all the things we think we have to do to fit in the rules of society.
So I’m here to tell you, friends, to live by your own rules as much as you humanly can. We do exist in these systems. We kind of have to participate where we must, you know, legally and whatnot. But we don’t have to play by the happiness rules of society. We don’t have to play by the creativity rules of society. We don’t have to play by those definitions of who power systems think we should be. So let it go.
And know that I am loving you so much. I’m cheering you on, every single one of you. And I really am holding the vision that we can all rise together and get through this bullshit. So I love you so much. And again, slightly disrupted little blog pattern here, but you got to keep the Monday Morning Vibe checks.
