New Moon in Libra
When the Tech Gremlins Strike — But the Magic Flows Anyway
Well, friends, let me start the fact that this ceremony had all the technical plot twists.
My microphone literally fell apart moments before going live. Then I discovered I was broadcasting on the wrong mic entirely (classic!). Oh, and my camera was mysteriously reversed despite our settings being correct for all prior livestreams from this setup. And before you ask—nope, Mercury isn't even in retrograde, so I don't even get to blame that!
As a powerful energy sensitive, I will say the vibes have been STRONG today, and sometimes that energy just decides to express itself through technology. The universe works in mysterious ways, my friends.
But the thing about doing live ceremony work is the show goes on, the messages come through, and I'm committed to showing up authentically, tech gremlins and all. The Energy of This New Moon in Libra
Once we got the tech sorted, the energy that came through was potent.
This New Moon in Libra is all about:
New beginnings in loving collaboration. We're being called to rebuild connections, to find new possibilities in how we relate to one another, and to co-create with intention and joy.
Clear awareness of what's fair. Libra energy is the great harmonizer, but it's also deeply invested in justice and equality. This is your cosmic permission slip to get real about what feels balanced in your life and what doesn't.
Courage to set boundaries that protect you. This isn't about being nice. This is about being real. What boundaries do you need to reclaim your peace?
Building peace from the inside out and knowing your role. Peace isn't a solo endeavor. It requires at least two people (or entities) to co-create. So we're being asked to look at our role in the dance—where are we showing up? Where are we hiding? And how do we create that peace from the inside out?
And speaking of hiding...
The Ostrich Medicine: What Are You Not Looking At?
The guided meditation took us into some unexpected territory—a field full of ostriches, to be exact. (Yes, really. And yes, mine had a fabulous purple feather boa.)
The ostrich came through as our guide to ask: Where are you sticking your head in the sand?
What are you avoiding looking at? What truth are you turning away from? And here's the revolutionary part—what becomes possible when you finally pull your head up, look around, and run toward the thing you've been avoiding?
This meditation invited us to:
Identify where we're blinding ourselves
Actually turn toward what we've been avoiding
Discover the gifts, gold, and possibilities waiting on the other side of our fear
Receive messages about our new beginnings in love, boundaries, and balance

The Cards: Messages from the Collective
Three cards came through for this New Moon, and honestly, they couldn't have been more perfect:
You're Not Alone - A reminder that isolation is an illusion. We're being called to tend our community connections and design them in ways that honor both our needs and the needs of others. This Libra energy is about the give and take, the reciprocity, the we of it all.
Water Your Garden - Your job right now? Tend to yourself. Care for your body, soul, spirit, and emotions. You can't pour from an empty cup, and you certainly can't co-create peace if you're running on fumes.
Surrendering to Sweetness - Make love to life. Play in the realms of pleasure, joy, sensuality, beauty, and divine connection. This is hardcore Libra-Venus vibes, inviting us to literally make love to our lives and trust in the abundance that flows when we do.
The message? Communicate what you need. Voice what you desire. Love yourself fiercely. When we take ownership of our wants and needs and give them voice, we manifest. That's the magic.
