Therapy is clinical mental health treatment for clients who want support processing past experiences and reducing distressing symptoms. Safrianna works with you weekly to address your diagnosis using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ACT, and IFS.

Format: Online only (clients must be physically located in Maryland)
Investment:
-Individual: $225 / $150 sliding scale
-Couples: $300 / $185 sliding scale
Superbills available for PPO insurance reimbursement only. Safrianna does not accept insurance directly.
